Roy J. Shlemon Scholarship Fund for Engineering Geology

 

Contributions to the Roy J. Shlemon Scholarship Fund for Engineering Geology, under the direction of the Engineering Geology Division of the GSA, will support students in the field of engineering geology. Roy J. Shlemon Scholarship Awards are given to graduate students with the best research proposals within the broad field of engineering geology. Two scholarships will be awarded; one for Master’s level and one for Doctoral level research. Additional awards may be made at the discretion of the Roy J. Shlemon Scholarship Awards Committee. The primary role of this awards program is to provide partial support of master's and doctoral thesis research in engineering geology. Eligibility is restricted to student members of the Engineering Geology Division.
